Say it, start it.
A voice-first, shame-free focus app for ADHD brains. Speak a task before it slips away, shrink it to one stupid-easy first move, and start a session that makes time visible.

The loop
Capture
Tap the big mic and say it. On-device speech turns it into a task. Typing is always one tap away.
Shrink
Name the first tiny move. "Open Notes, write one bullet" is a thing you can do. "Fix the faucet" is a wall.
Start
One tap starts a Time-Timer-style shrinking disk, optional brown or pink noise, and a notification at the end.
Get paid for starting
Ten seconds in, the app celebrates. Initiation is the hard part, so it gets its own reward before any work is done.
Finish without shame
Done early is done. Stopping early banks the minutes you worked. Hyperfocus gets "In the zone, ten more" instead of a hard stop.
Get in without opening it
A widget leads with your next tiny step. Siri and Shortcuts can push tasks in. Reminders carry snooze and done buttons.
Why it is built this way
Every design decision traces back to an evidence review: time blindness is the best-replicated ADHD finding, so time is drawn, not counted. Implementation intentions are the strongest cheap intervention, so the "first tiny move" is a required step. Streaks break and shame follows, so the only headline numbers are lifetime starts and minutes banked, which only go up.
Unstuck calls itself a scaffold, not a treatment. Brown noise is labeled as untested in the app. There are no failure tallies, red badges, or guilt notifications anywhere.
